HOTEL DAY IN APARTMENTS

Hotel day I nour apartments starts at 2:00 p.m. and finishes at 11:00 a.m. If one wishes to check-in earlier or assumes late arrival, one should inform “Krakow City Apartments” in advance . All the prices mentioned on “Krakow City Apartments’ “ web site include: taxes, climatic charge, media, towels, bed linen, maintenance, and cleaning after the check-out. In case of a stay longer than 6 days, cleaning service is agreed upon individually.

ADVANCE PAYMENT/DEPOSIT

“Krakow City Apartments“ charges advance payment in the amout of 15% of the total value of the reservation made . Money transfer can be made directly onto Krakow City Apartments bank account, or by Credit card, debit order. Considering safety regulations guests are asked to send their credit card number and it’s validity period, by fax or direct by phone to our authorized staff.

CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION

If one wishes to cancel booking 8 days before expected arrival, there is a possibility to postpone the andvance payment onto a new reservation ,hovewer, it can not be done later than 180 days after the first reservation date. If the reservation should be cancelled 7 days ( or later ) before arrival,the advance payment is not to be used for later reservations nor returned ( it concerns periods : 15 Apr-15.Oct and 20. Dec-05.Jan) in case of any other reservations the cancellation deadline is 5 days.

Additional info

“Krakow City Apartments” kindly request to report all damages noticed in our apartments on arrival. In case of any damage done by the guest, one is obliged to pay for all the damage without any exeption, this includes the apartment and the very building of “Krakow City Apartmens”, recompensation for the damage must be done, at the latest, on the departure day.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments

“Krakow City Apartments” does not take any responsibility for the valuables left in the apartments. Please keep in mind that our guests can use a safe box at any time ( for assistance contact our staff)

Night hours start at 10:30 pm and finish at 06:30 am.
